Shipping Availability

luxlookhoro offers international shipping to available countries and regions worldwide.

Specific shipping destinations are determined by current logistics availability, regional delivery restrictions, and carrier service coverage. The countries and regions available for delivery will be displayed on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address.

If a destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship orders to that location.

Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for complimentary shipping. Available free shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery destination.

Please note that free shipping does not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other destination-related fees that may apply to international orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

In some cases, the shipping carrier or local customs authority may request additional information, identification, payment of duties, or confirmation from the recipient before releasing a package.

If a customer refuses to complete customs clearance, refuses to pay applicable import charges, or fails to respond to delivery or customs requests, the parcel may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed according to local procedures.

Any refund eligibility in these situations will be reviewed after deducting applicable shipping, return, customs, handling, or related costs where permitted.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • The delivery address used for the order.
  • Any safe place, mailbox, reception area, or parcel locker at the delivery location.
  • Household members, neighbors, building management, or front desk staff who may have accepted the package.
  • Any delivery notice or carrier update.

For packages that appear to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, an investigation may be initiated with the shipping carrier. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation results and applicable delivery records.

Damaged Packages or Products

Please inspect your package and watch promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order information.
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging.
  • Clear photos or video of the watch and any visible issue.
  • A description of the problem.

Packaging materials should be retained until the issue has been reviewed, as they may be required for verification or carrier claims.

Issues caused by normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or water exposure beyond the specifications stated on the product page are not considered shipping damage.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains more than one item, products may occasionally be shipped separately depending on inventory location, packaging requirements, or logistics arrangements.

If items are dispatched separately, they may arrive at different times and may have separate tracking information. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments arranged by luxlookhoro.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to sender if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
  • The recipient refuses delivery.
  • The parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period.
  • Customs clearance requirements are not completed.

If an order is returned to us due to reasons not caused by luxlookhoro, any refund or reshipment request may be subject to deductions for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, or other expenses incurred during the return process, even where the original order qualified for free shipping.

Order Cancellations and Shipping

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled while in transit. After delivery, eligible items must follow the terms stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
