Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, protective films, tags, accessories, instruction materials, and any included items.
- Show no signs of wear, scratches, resizing, adjustment, damage, perfume, moisture, or alteration.
- Be returned with proof of purchase or order information.
Watches that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Watches that have been worn, used, scratched, damaged, or altered.
- Watches with removed protective films or missing original packaging.
- Items that have been resized, engraved, personalized, or otherwise customized.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards, if applicable.
Return Request Process
To request a return, please submit your return request within 30 days of delivery and include your order details and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please securely package the watch to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, eligible return shipping costs will be handled accordingly after verification.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a confirmed product issue or fulfillment error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please submit a request within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order information.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photos or video showing the product condition, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.
After verification, we may arrange a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Damage caused by wear, improper use, accidental impact, water exposure beyond the stated product specifications, unauthorized repair, or improper storage is not considered a product defect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be refused or reduced if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, missing packaging, missing accessories, or any condition that affects its resale value.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different watch, please return the eligible original item according to this policy and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or handling charges associated with returning the item, unless the return results from a confirmed product defect or our fulfillment error.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges paid upon delivery are generally not refundable by luxlookhoro.

By completing a purchase from luxlookhoro, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund and Returns Policy. We reserve the right to review each return request individually and decline returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
